Paprika

The paprika croissant is here! Yes, I have added a NEW colour to the croissant style in my shop. It's a lovely spicy colour to warm up the coming winter months. The fabric is 100% cotton corded canvas and lined with a beautiful mauve 100% cotton sateen.

The Croissant

The Croissant is the latest style to be available from my etsy shop. It is a feminine style that evolved from my original Minus messenger design, but looks so different from it. It uses a similar strong and sturdy construction to provide a bag capable of holding a lot of stuff yet still retain its feminine draping style.

Inside there's one large sleeve pocket, two smaller pockets and a trigger ring for attaching your keys or valuables, securely. The strap is fully adjustable to suit whichever length you prefer. Currently available in ivory, teal, dove grey, cappuccino, and moss green.

The Maxi has been refined...

I have revisited the original Maxi fold top bag design as I have been thinking of updating the size to allow a 14" laptop to fit inside. So as you can see by the image above, the Maxi fold top is now slightly larger but the construction is the same as the original. Also, I thought this was a great time to introduce the new Steel colour into my shop. The maxi fold top is currently available in navy or steel.

The 'Extra' fold top now in the shop

The all new 'Extra' fold top is in my shop and it's in a fantastic khaki beige cotton canvas. It is much bigger than the 'maxi' and original fold top bags that it can easily fit a 17" laptop plus much more. Inside also includes two pockets for wallets, cellphones, iPhone, and a trigger hook for your keys. Everything inside is kept safe and secure with a zip fastening. Outside features a large sleeve pocket with snap fastener running the whole width of the bag for items you need to grab quickly and easily.

A fantastic UK website has recently launched and it is called DESIRABLE.CO.UK. It is dedicated to finding and focusing on the Best of British design, including fashion, jewellery, accessories, homewares, and independent craftspeople, artists and designers. I am proud that my brand, Minus Lifestyle has been added to their Independent directory.

The Minus messenger grows.

I've finished my latest prototype for the Large Minus Messenger as I wanted to make a larger version of the original Minus messenger that is capable of holding much larger stuff, such as my A3 portfolio or laptop. This new version is able to hold A3 sized folios, folders, documents, and even 17" laptops. Again, the construction of the messenger is very important, as I interline the whole structure of the bag with a natural heavyweight canvas to add extra strength and support.

The messenger has the same features as the original Minus messenger such as a fully adjustable shoulder strap, trigger hook, two inside pockets for wallet, cellphone, iPhone, etc... but the messenger flap now fastens with two snap fasteners.

I hope to finish the new Large Minus Messenger in some lovely canvas later this week.
